Anna Urpina plays both early and modern instruments and was taught in person by Enrico Onofri. Soloist at the Ambronay European Baroque Academy, she has performed at numerous international festivals and venues in England, Norway, Poland and Spain. These include the Aspen Music Festival, Verbier Festival, FeMap, FeMAS, Noches en los Jardines del Real Alcázar Sevilla, Brighton Early Music Festival, Utrecht Early Music Festival, Torroella de Montgrí Festival, Salzburg Festival, Chamber Series at the Palau de la Música Catalana, and at the Juan March Foundation.
She has played in many important ensembles, such as The Age of Enlightenment Orchestra, EUBO, Ensemble Artaserse with Phillipe Jaroussky, the Freiburger Barockorcheter, and as a member of Les Musiciens du Prince with Cecila Bartoli. She was the resident artist during the 2021-2022 Clásica Joven season and is the lead violin and conductor of the Polifem Consort ensemble. She is signed to the IBS Classical record label.
